  Run your app and follow the steps to create your account (use your Mobile Recharge Voucher PIN as Authorization #.).
  Use your CiCi Mobile Application on your smart phone to make long distance calls (do not dial directly).
To add money on your CiCi Mobile App account:
  Purchase CiCi Mobile recharge PIN of desired amount on http://www.ontariophonecards.ca/cicimobile
 

Run your CiCi Mobile Smart Phone Application, click "Card Authorisation Number" button and enter your PIN (sent via email)
  Use your CiCi Mobile Application on your smart phone to make long distance calls (do not dial directly).
